Mixing and/or Mastering

When working on the post production side of audio, specifically mixing and mastering, we understand that there is a difference between both of them. Where mixing is basically the idea of combine different tracks to form new tracks, a mastering engineer will smooth out the edges of what the mixing engineer did and making it a more whole and final product. We feel here at TCS feel that while it may be good to have separate jobs done by specific individuals, having a seamless and coherent team that understands how each other works in the studio makes for a overall better quality and more successful job.
